History

A popular person who has become an important figure in the history of Tacámbaro and whose mural can be appreciated in the Street Nicolás de Regules.  The mural shows an indigent who passes through the streets of the town accompanied by more than thirty dogs who, more than being company, were his family, since he dedicated all his time to feeding them and keeping them safe.  Without doubt he was a precursor to the rights of and care for pets.
