A magnificent restaurant offering international cuisine, located above the river that goes through the hotel grounds and surrounded by gorgeous scenery, our menu of gourmet food is prepared by our chef with ingredients exclusively from the region.
 
On one side is a beautiful cabin that is typical of the traditional Michoacán kitchen, with a setting that will allow you to experience the everyday way of cooking, including a wood-burning stove, and where you can enjoy dishes that are typical of the region prepared daily.

“Pito Pérez” Bar

The “Pito Pérez” Bar of this enchanting hotel is the perfect place to enjoy a drink before or after lunch or dinner. Besides offering a wide variety of wines, as well as national and international liquors, you can enjoy a traditional homemade mezcal. The cocktails, many of which are prepared using our mezcal, will surprise you indeed.
 
The setting of the bar includes typical leather chairs and, to one side, a beautiful fountain taken from a mill that was used to extract sugar in nearby refineries. Enjoy relaxing moments in our bar.
